I was once an NHS patient at this practice, for almost 10 years in fact. When BUPA took over things got worse. Despite a host of problems I couldn't get to see a dentist and was told to wait and I'd be contacted once they had recruited a new dentist for their NHS patients. In the end I gave up waiting and went privately... but at another practice. I'm now a few thousand pounds worse off but at least my two rotten teeth have been removed and I'm pain free. BUPA dental care still haven't contacted me.
