Edmon K****** continues to impress! He sent us a message the night before his arrival, and arrived on time (actually early). It was drizzling outside, none the less, he sprayed/ treated the outside of our home and even took additional measures to address my concerns over ants around my back patio.
Today a young man, Bryce did a beautiful job explaining your service and I signed up for a year contract. The same day a technician came out and he also was a wonderful ambassador for your organization. His name is Tex Banks and I would like him to come back on the next on the next service call.
Javan O**** with Bulwork does an outstanding job for us. He looks for any issues that may come up. Ants, flies etc. outstanding
Jeremiah is so very helpful and informative! He let me know when he'd arriving, what products he'd be using and left a pic of the gate locked and closed when he left. He really did a great job of spraying today for scorpions. It's warming up and they seem to like to try to move into my house every summer. Bulwark employee Jake performed my monthly service today. He checked first to see if I was home and asked if I had any issues that needed extra attention. I did have some ant hills in the backyard I showed him and he was very helpful and took care of them. He even went above and beyond and searched further out to see if he could find any more. Jake was very polite, helpful and courteous. Just another reason I keep Bulwark as my pest control service.
Having been using Bulwark for about 3 years. Our Service Expert is Maze T***** has consistently provided excellent service. Would not even consider anyone else. Great job!
Rick did a fantastic job on Friday. He is the utmost professional and really did an outstanding job both inside and outside. We have total confidence in both Bulwark and Rick!
