Great company and the tech, Austin H******* was very friendly and professional.
Jose V. is an amazing technician. I was having bit problem with mosquitoes and he went out of his way and his territory to come help me out and treat my yard. Very professional, thorough, kind and polite to my issue. Thank you so muchh!!!
Vincent was very professional and observed the problem areas. He commended us on our efforts in dealing with our issue and provided instructions on any follow up issues.
We're new customers and Edmon K. did a great job today. We especially appreciate the way he wiped down the outside of our home getting rid of our spider webs and a hornets nest we had not even noticed yet!!
My technician, Robert H****** was quite thorough and explained the procedures in detail. I will say Bulwark treated far more areas than my previous exterminator. The job was superior.
Edmon was professional and explained how he would treat my insect problem.
Mark J***** was incredibly professional and thorough in treating our yard for ants. He systematically checked our property and explained how soon we should seen results. Highly recommend!
Sean came right at the beginning of the appointment window, which was great. He listened to each of the pests I mentioned and let me know how he would combat each one. Then, at the end of the service he asked if I had questions, and I showed him some holes in our front yard that he was immediately able to tell were caused by armadillos. He treated our yard for the grubs the armadillos were looking for at no cost! His level of professionalism and customer service was very impressive and appreciated.
Tex just pulled out of the driveway. What a pleasure he is. Have never had such great service from the great sales person that knocked on the door and talked me onto into switching :) to Tex who performed the service.! Great decision so far!
