Today we had Jeremiah as our technician for a pest spray service. He was a true professional and accurate in his assessment to eliminate the Spring Tail issue we have. He spoke in detail to my wife about how he would treat our home as well as the safety facts about the chemicals (since we have two small children and a dog). She and I were very appreciative of this because other companies just sprayed the home and left without even saying a hello. Christian is our pest control professional representative and he is awesome! He is very professional and always making sure the job gets done. I also appreciate the heads up texts/calls so I can unlock the gate. Thank you for helping us keep our home bug free.
Tim O. always comes to our house and always does a great job. He knows my daughter is allergic to certain insects, so he keeps an eye out for those nests. This time when he came, he treated an old beat up barrel "garden" that was filled with hundreds of fire ants.
