We have been customers of Bulwark for several years now and we are very pleased. The technicians are cordial and go above and beyond what is asked. I have had to call them for extra service a few times for seasonal issues and they will come until the problem is resolved. Edward B**** deserves mentioning for taking pride in his work and services.
Garrett is friendly personable and knowledgeable about what needs to be sprayed and how to best protect my home. I get front door solicitations weekly to change my pet control service but it is the results I get from Bulwark and the service from technicians like Garrett L***** that keep me with Bulwark.
Signed up and initial service the same day! Everything the sales professional said was going to happen was delivered courteously by the technician A.Cousins. This was my first time using any pest sevice and even though I probably slowed down the tech, he explained what he was doing and the follow-up for the initial treatment like he had all the time in the world. Very professional and courteous group. We were serviced by Joshua W******* who was very knowledgeable and thorough and went the extra mile to make sure everything on the list was completed in detail. A job well done and would highly recommend.
Josh W******* showed up for our first service in the middle of a downpour and he did a very thorough job, despite being soaked to the skin! Very personable and professional. Great job!
Andrew came out today for our first treatment. He did a wonderful job. He was clean, polite, wore shoe coverings and a mask, went everywhere we asked to treat for bugs and even "swept" out the cobwebs up high. I certainly hope the remainder of the gentlemen coming to do our bug services can live up to Andrew's standard.
Austin H****** serviced our home today, and did an outstanding job. Very thorough, and informative. Please tip him $15, as I do NOT have a google account. *****************
David C****** - a great tech at a great company! He's an excellent listener and wants to meet customer expectations :-) Bulwark actually reads and replies to texts sent in reply to their reminder messages, making special notes and rescheduling easy. I also like that they'll come out again at no additional charge if I see a bug before the next scheduled spraying. And I don't have to worry that their sprays will cause health problems - roundup has been in the news and is bad stuff! - these sprays have ingredients like rosemary... read more
