Terrible
Had a terrible experience with Built Asset Management. They try to charge unnecessarily for things and they manage properties appallingly. Our property had fire hazards (evidenced and from independent review) as their chosen contractors are not reliable. They are rude to tenants and act as if they are doing you a favor even talking to you. I was lucky and got all my money back even after a week of residency which is a clear indication they knew they were in the wrong.
