Please avoid them, they did my garden pawing and 2 years on most of its surface and inch water high lake staying until it's evaporated and impossible to use it with garden furniture . No customer care, 10 years guarantee non egzist, they are not contactable. They "professional correction" was on 1 March 24 drilled holes between the joints and made it worst, green algae on it surface... No sufficient foundation and not levelled surface but they couldn't care after all these anxieties.
Blocked my number, when I called them few times after my driveway was falling apart. They took money quickly and they done work so quickly too but when I paid never back to me to fix anything. They done my driveway year ago and after few weeks we had problem and when I was calling when they will back to me they always saying yes soon and after few phone calls block my humber!!! Definitely not recommending!! Avoid!!!!!
We have had work done that was done to a poor standard. This was the first week of January. We cannot get in touch with them to come back to schedule a date to fix. I am happy to amend this rating if they do attend and resolve the major issue. In the interim I am left with a crumbling front driveway.
Quote was very quickly arranged and works on our driveway was started within 3 weeks. Really easy company to deal with and very honest about pricing from the start. The team arrived at 8.20am both mornings and were extremely hard working and efficient. The drive was completed in less than 2 days and we are really pleased with how it looks. Would highly reccomend Buildwise
Due to my experience with Buildwise Group, I wouldn’t recommend the business. I initially received a marketing email from the company, offering discounts on their services.
