AVOID! Same common recurring theme as other negative reviews. The process for delivery has been created by Dumb and Dumber on a bad day, and the timescales are made up. Over 2 weeks now since the order was placed for fascias and soffits and 6 failed delivery attempts despite assurances the delivery was on its way.
I have dealt with Tim and the team here for years - very decent firm to deal with. Thanks all.
After receiving the wrong order 11 days ago, after 3 emails and numerous phone calls that they have not answered I would highly recommend avoiding this company. You have 14 days to return products however you cannot even generate a return as they don't get back to you!
This has the been the worst experience I’ve had with a company in this entire current build I’m doing. I wished I’d read the reviews beforehand. I only ordered 2 products… how could they got this wrong?? I’ve been in contact with them to try and get the correct parts delivered asap as I’m on a tight timeframe and nothing has been done. Avoid like the plague!
I ordered the wrong products and had to return them which I did on 30th July - refund was only processed 27th August with note saying could take another 7 - 10 working days - I was originally advised that it would take 10 days ! -
