I placed an order which took 2 weeks until it was ready for collection but I had no correspondence from them, I had to do all the chasing. Now I tried to call them and I have been in 1st position for over an hour. Worst customer service for a long time

Be prepared to chase your own order. - No communication whats so ever - Estimated delivery date pulled out of thin air - Careless attitude from customer service. I thought I'd give them a go. Won't be making that mistake again.
