I ordered the wrong products and had to return them which I did on 30th July - refund was only processed 27th August with note saying could take another 7 - 10 working days - I was originally advised that it would take 10 days ! -
Absolutely shocking! im reporting to ombudsman had my money 3 weeks no response now ingnoring all my emails now ! complete waste of time be warned and save yourself some grief wish I did!!!
