Avoid BCS Building Control Surveyors. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope it helps others avoid the frustration we’ve been through. We had a small construction project that should have taken just two weeks to complete. Shocking Service – Glad I Walked Away. This building control company is utterly incompetent. They couldn’t even get the initial notice right due to constant admin errors. Communication is appalling – emails are ignored or replied to far too late, and they never answer their phones. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I'm honestly shocked they’re still operating. So glad I didn’t go ahead with them in the end.

Absolutely Avoid – Deeply Unprofessional and Unreliable I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Their operations are completely unprofessional, and they abuse the authority they hold instead of acting responsibly.
