This authority has to be the worst in the county. For the last 4 years it has gone from bad to worse. You can't get through to speak to anyone in a position of authority or competence. All you get assuming someone answers the phone is a young lady working from home taking messages which more often than not don't get answered. This is not a professional operation and quite shameful that we have to put up with such a poor service from a local authority. If you can avoid bc solutions I implore you do do so for your own sanity

18 months down the road and still no sign off. Little to no communication. Several phone calls and emails sent with months passing before any response. Any communication that does happen is unclear and doesn’t make sense to a non-specialist. Recent email sent to the inspector bounced back (almost as if that inspector no longer works there). I would avoid using this company at all costs, but we had no choice.

As a user of the services I have noticed a significant improvement in BCS. I get a phone call if requested prior to an inspection which is great. Rohan was able to give clear advice to the homeowner regarding their project.
