It's amazing it keeps my kid company
We bought two teddy bears today and it was a wonderful and pleasant experience for my children. Niamh went out her way to make my children feel welcome and happy. Many thanks Niamh for making it a truly special experience!
Wow for a company whose value is on the build a bear experience they really need to work on hiring more engaged staff. We went here to buy a bear for my son's 1st birthday, looking forward to making a special memory for him. Instead we were greeted by their staff member who was completely apathetic, not so much as a smile and sounded annoyed we were here bothering him. I left this store feeling genuinely upset and disappointed, especially as a mother. We came in because it was my daughter’s birthday and we wanted getting her Build-A-Bear to be one of the special memories from her day. My older daughter was so excited when we walked in and immediately told one of the staff members that it was her little sister’s birthday and that we had come especially to choose a bear for her.
