We took our toddler to Build-A-Bear in Kingston today to say goodbye to his beloved “Bertie” (his dummy), and Ronnie was absolutely fantastic with him. He was so patient and engaging, getting our little one involved in making his new bear, building up the excitement about putting Bertie inside, and making the whole experience really special. There was this really nice worker called Blessing. She was so sweet and understanding and made sure that I felt comfortable. She was very welcoming and has now made we want to return.
One staff named blessing was really sweet and lovely. She said hi as soon as we walked in and helped us through with my kids
pretty good experience! austin was such a nice worker to get paired with. He could clearly adapt super well to different age ranges as he served a mum and young child before us :)
