We were scheduled for a technician to come out Monday August 21st in the afternoon afternoon since last month. No one showed by 5:30pm so I called and waited on hold to finally get someone. They let me know we are definitely on the schedule someone would be there by 6pm. By 7pm no one showed so I called and again sat on hold to have someone just vaguely say "oh yeah no one's coming we have to reschedule".
