It’s amazing restaurants with such poor customer service continue to thrive. Hope this place goes out of business. On the way out of the restaurant my wife and I saw a beer glass full of puke.. that’s awful. So go ahead order your next draft here.
I NEVER EVER leave bad reviews but holy moly this place is a joke. My husband, 2 toddlers and I came in. Ordered appetizers and took our order at same time. We got appetizers quick, everything was fine. Then about 30 min later we get our food from some other person (not original waiter). My order of wings was missing, she said she would find my waiter to see what’s up. Over 30 min go by. RecommendedIt’s always good but today our waitress was a little behind due to the amount of people here.
Worst BWW I’ve visited. Good thing it was only take out. Can’t imagine the dine in service. Boston Lager Burger was undercooked, missing the mushrooms and the lettuce was chewy. My potato wedges were over cooked or stale. I couldn’t figure out which. Maybe both. Boneless wings were done right, but how hard is it to toss breaded chicken in some sauce? WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor....Texas Roadhouse is next door.
waaaaay better than last times experience. waitress was onn point and had great customer service. Food was out fast and fresh and everything went smooth.
We had to walk ourselves in and we had to sit ourselves.. with all I MEAN ALL TABLES dirty. Worse WORSE customer service EVER. We tell them to clean table we sit, then like 10 minutes later we get a waiter.. where we ordered our drinks with our food.. she comes back with drinks and said “I’m berly going to put the order in”... I MEAN ALL OF KY FAMILYS DRINK WERE FLAT.. but didn’t say anything.. so we waited at least like 40 minutes for our order... and they don’t bring my husbands order because they mest up but everyone else... read more
everytime i go to this BWW my order us never correct. i ask for no onions and no pickles yet my order comes with onions and pickles. not to mention it takes forever for my order to come out, even on slow days. you barely even see the waitresses, they get your drink orders and then disappear till you ask the bartender where your waitress is and then they come back with an attitude as if you were make their life some much harder. but it is beginning to look like the food service industry sucks out here in Odessa and Midland.
