Horrible experience. Ice cold nacho cheese sauce, cold fries, rotten lettuce and filthy floor. Manager was called and took my burger toppings to the back and never returned with fresh stuff. Didn't even offer to discount our meal. Wait staff was super nice though.
Waited almost 20 minutes and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get any service. Had at least 5 different severs constantly walking by... service has definitely not gotten any better since the last time I ate here..
"TERRIBLE SERVICE" FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN. It was my Husband and I date night. And when we walked in the hostess was really Rude. she never made eye contact with us, Hell, she never even spoke. she took us to our table and threw a point down to sit. then the waitress got our order wrong3 times. My Husband had to wait another half hour then they forgot another item. all in all, we spent a hour and a half waiting for BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL 😠
Cold food, slow service, no napkins, dry wings... Horrible
Most of the resturaunts are the same around here. Oil feild = high prices, crappy food prep, and lazzy pissy employees. My Jack Daddy burger came out overcooked, dry, and COLD. Same with the fries. place was FILTHY. Floors, glass, rugs. I can afford to eat anywhere. It will NOT be here.
super good great atmosphere and good service
Absolute worst service ever and food was cold after waiting an hour to get it. Then talk to management and all she had was excuses and was no help whatsoever.
