Absolute garbage service.
Went to eat after a concert and was told the kitchen was closed due to the short staff and not wanting to “overload” the staff. Very disappointed and did not even stay for drinks.
We have been to this location several times since arriving in Odessa, after having to change our normal ordering because food was hard or cold or the service absolutely was horrible! last night we decided to give it another try. food was alittle better not real warm but we had the best waitress I believe I have ever had! her name was mandy! she went above and beyond to make our dining Experience a pleasant one! I have to say they need her to train all there waitresses!!!! very polite, very professional!!!!
Service sucked took forever to get our drinks and even longer for our food and when we got our food it was cold and hard. Told server she took it back and came back pretty quick and food was still the same. I remember when I used to love going to BWW and their service and food was delicious but don’t know what happened we will not return again sad to say. Never did server or management came to apologize or correct the issue.
Worse experience ever, we were sat and we had the waitress come up after ten or fifteen min we ordered an app and one beer the app took over thirty min and it was burnt then took another fifteen min to get a new one during this we ordered a beer which took another twenty min, then our food came an hour after we ordered. This place was dead and our food still took extremely long and our server only came by the table twice through the whole time we are here! we waited an hour for our seats and then it took our waiter 20 minutes to come over and take our drink order we did not get our drinks or appetizers for almost 30 minutes we had to complain to the manager before he even came and brought us our drinks or appetizer finally our manager came over and took our order it was the worst service or experience we've ever had here we will not be going back or recommending this place for a while
Food was yummy. Even though the waiter charged everything separate and not as a combo. We paid 62$ for 2 people plus we left a $12 tip
