Worst service ever. 1st our drinks took 30 minutes! Literally! Then they brought our drinks with the ice already melted... The excuse was that our server wasn’t old enough to run her alcoholic drinks??! Plus, our server only came by to take our food/drink order & to ask if we needed checks. I’ve always had bad service here but this experience was the WORST!

Wasn’t busy took along time just to get our drinks ordered. They use city water for their tea. Appetizer came the same time as our food it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out. Burger wasn’t made right and the other had a hair or something on it. They did remake everything and it looked a lot better the second time around. We ended up being there for over an hour before we actually were able to eat.

I called in my order the girl that picked up the phone was rude , picked up my food I had paid for extra ranch and I asked her for the ranch and she was like yes I know I’m getting them but had already handed me the bags. I get all the way home and had food missing and food was cold. This place is trash , never again will I go to the one in Odessa.

Better Service than Midland’s!!
Messed up orders cold food rude servers the manager Steven is very disrefectful to costumers and looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing hot beer and the restrant is dirty

Missed up my order didnt even give me the right sauces on my wings also didn’t put that much sauce on my wings , they had a lot of people wait over 45mins plus for online orders after the time it should of be ready
AWESOME service and waitresses are great , bartender are AWESOME.
