This place is looking run down. Food all on the floor, tables all dirty, service is terrible. We tried to get someone to clean the table and they ignored us for 25 minutes.

Better management. This is the worst experience ever in BWWs and I frequent them all over the country. I asked for a game on the SEC Network, and no one knew what it was or how to get it on. I think it was finally the 6th person that got the game on after I'd already missed a couple of innings. Then after about one inning they put it back where it was before. Long time to get service for its great take to long to gear a plate place was dirty
I have decided Not to go to this place anytime soon. I was in on more than one occasion because we all make mistakes and everyone deserves 2nd and even 3rd chances but I waited for over half an hour on a drink and I was thirsty! I was so frustrated I called the restaurant and told the person who answered where I was sitting and that I wanted the beverage I ordered or even a glass of water and too please expedite it... Didn’t Happen! Food is Good but Service needs an overhaul!
My husband and I came in at 1:40 on Friday afternoon. Within 10 min. We ordered. Still waiting at 2:00 we asked the waitress about our food. She said oh I just checked. We are waiting on your wings. It will be 6 min. Well 2:30 rolled around and we finally got our food. My chicken tenders were cold and the fries luke warm. When we talked to the manager all she could offer were excuses why the food and Service sucked. Won’t be going there again. Me and my babies rarely go out to eat just because everything is so packed and good Customer servic is hard to find. But we got here and as soon as we sat down Mandy greeted us. she treated us with respect. Took our order and went above and beyond for us. Mandy has been at work since 9am and is still fill of energy. I highly recommend Mandy to be your waitress when you eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. l will definitely come back and request Mandy to be my waitress.
