Everything was wounderful it took 15 mins to sit us down BC it was 5 of us the waiters was super nice and efficient fast service
Well it took almost an hour to get our food and the service was very unprofessional. I would fire most of the staff if I was the manager. Me and my husband won't be going there again.
Why does your service have to be so terrible?!?! My wife and I used to love going, but because of your service we have gone 3 times in the last six months. Two of the three, we couldn't even get waited on! We literally sat at the table for 10 minutes, watching server after server (and managers) walk by without a single acknowledgement. If it had been busy, we could sympathize, and would have stayed had we at least gotten a simple "I'll be right with you". Awful service, waitress was seemed very unorganized, which caused her to forget about us several times and also mess up both my fiancés order and mine! Won't be coming back here for a while.
It was what I expect from a buffalo wild wings. Was kind of put off at first because the people up front looked a little miserable but once I went to the bar, the Monday lunch bartender alleviated any concerns! She was amazing, food was good and the atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be back!!
Was fat Tuesday but we waited an hour plus for food, and music was WAY TO LOUD!! It reverberated your head....Migraine by the time we left. Only good thing was the food.
It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get sat down after we were told there was a thirty minute wait. I would understand if the place was packed but the place was empty. After we placed our order we were told that they were out of boneless wings. We still decided to stay but probably not coming back unless customer service is improved. Three hours at buffalo's is to long for just food.
Listen. Just leave this restaurant immediately feel sick in the stomach, nausea service, discrimination eyes. You lost our business.
