Waitress took to long to bring food and refreshments. Not only that she also took to long bringing my credit card back. Note to self:: check bank Monday morning. Bathrooms were nasty as always and trash all over the ground. Just nasty totally disliked the restaurant.

Went there for my sons 12th birthday last night. Service was horrendous, I asked for them to say something to him, the waiter mispronounced his name and said he was 8. I had told them 3 times his name and his age and I even wrote it down for them. They still could not get it right. Big disappointment for my son. Needless to say, they lost us as a customer.
Our waitress was lousy, took forever to come and see if we needed anything. We had to keep looking for her.
WORST SERVICE EVER I COME FROM HOUSTON DECIDED TO EAT HERE AND I REGRET IT I ALWAYS GO TO BWW DOWN IN HOUSTON AND I HAVE NEVER WAITED SO LONG I WAS REALLY SO CLOSE TO GETTING UP AND LEAVING I LOVE BWW BUT IM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE WORST ONE EVER...WAITED 45 MIN JUST FOR THE WAITER TO ASK FOR OUR DRINKS THEN ANOTHER 40 MIN JUST TAKE OUR ORDER... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I was there visiting with my sister had to go find somebody to take our drink order, had to go find said drink order then had to go chase down our check. There wasn't a lot of customers but plenty of wait staff!! Get it together will not ever be back to this location!!!
This place keeps disappointing me every time we go there, the quality of service and management are poor, they just don't care
The serves was good, wait staff was on point, my girl and I have made plans to make Buffalo Wild Wings ur date night spot
Had such a good time last night i would definitely be going back
