Great place to be. Food and service r wonderful. Most of the staff r nice. Would highly recommend.
Can someone please come and train the manager how to run a restaurant and can someone please show these waitresses how to serve tables. Maximum food wait is 25 minutes, when an order is wrong the manager needs to approach the table and apologize for inconveniences. The server needs to make eye contact with the customer and listen to what the customer is ordering. Literally the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever! Every time we have went in their to eat their could be no one sitting waiting and we will tell them 2 adults and 2 kids (needing one sling for car seat) and they always say it will be 45 minutes- hour because we can’t place a baby anywhere! Their will be 10 tables open! Like are you serious? But will say well if no kids then we have tables! No manager present every time we ask for one!
We sat on the patio, the service was terrible, the food took FOREVER, we had to ask repeatedly for what we asked for to start with, we never got our silverware or napkins, we had to ask for more tea, and then do I even need to say how long it took for the check?? Won't be back for a long time �. But .... I do have to say it tasted ok but ... ?
they take to long to give us a table eventhough there was plenty of empty tables to be sit it... Ones they gave us a table, we order our food as soon as we sit down..but it took more then 45 min to bring our food..didn't like at all the service was the worse
Put in an online order on 1/21/18 to be picked up at 5pm. When I arrived it wasn’t ready and I proceeded to wait for OVER AN HOUR. The whole reason I ordered pick up is so I can get it at 5. If it wasn’t going to be ready at five there should have been a notice or call or something. I didn’t get to speak with a manager the whole time I waited. The Togo area for the majority of my time waiting was EMPTY. And when I called after I left I still didn’t get to speak with anyone. The wait staff in the Togo area was also very rude.... read more
I NEVER put a complaint on anyone cuz I’m a very understanding person and i get people have some off days. But this experience was by far the worst! We waited for about 20 mins to be sat down which wasn’t bad at all. As soon as we sat down our waitress AMBER got our drinks and our order. We waited about 40 mins when she realized that we still didn’t have our order out then she asked us what we had and she said she would go check on it. Can u not use minus stars. -5 crappy food outrageous drink prices 42.00 for 3 doubles that were not doubles food. Was cold. Service was really bad nope never again can’t believe they will be open maybe Chili’s will buy it
