Had a great and very attentive waitress. Food was good and they were showing my Cubbies on TV. All around great experience
Service was slow, employees were impatient and rude.
We had great service and food was excellent! I just wished I could remember her name. Ugh! Our server. Very friendly and prompt. I was thinking her name was Christine but not 100 percent positive. Had a hat on with sunglasses on top.
If you want an exotic touch, then come here!!! We got a nice fried bug in our fries! No, really. There was a fried bug in our fries. After that, we were asked if we wanted more. Nope. Then they asked if we wanted to-go boxes. Nope. Service wasn't great either. After complaining we got 1/2 half our meal taken off the bill, I mean bugs aren't free right?
Took a while for us to get any of the waitstaff to notice we were there...even though I they kept walking past us. I guess in order to get noticed at lunch you need to be a guy. Then it took another bit to get our drinks, then food. Actually I have had better wings. Was not the impressed. On top of everything, this was my first time to ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings.
I usually visit BWW and don't have an issue. However, this visit was by far the worst ever! The waiter had absolutely no personality! I visited family from out of town and as we attempted to have a good time, it was everything but that. I had to get up from the patio several times, go inside and get everything our silverware, napkins, drinks, food and final bill!! 30 mins still no refills. Damm booth smells like throw up. Smh!!!!!
Food is great, the waitress refill our drinks ones we head to ge our tab from a different waitress, need to replace the floor.
