If I could give it negative stars I would. Bad service. Obnoxious lazy waitress. She can't be bothered to serve drinks or refill them and when finally flag her down she can't tell the difference between sweet or unsweet tea.

First of all... I called for to go order with p.m. counter 2 I ask for 12 boneless wings . and a sampler with no chips add ck quesadilla with it... The guy on the phone said... Okay sure ... Hang up and on my way to get my food ... In a good mood..... Come home and it's not what I ordered ... Second of all.... Wings where missing. And no ck quesadilla... Third of all... Absolutely the worst service of any BWW I've ever been in. I live a few blocks away and will drive to Midland next time I eat there. Bad enough that I am contacting every complaint line for BWW that I can find. Odessa BWW, You are horrible and don't deserve the square footage your built on. Thanks and I hope you go out of business!!!!
Sat there for 15 minutes with the restaurant half empty and not one person came and took our drink order or asked if we had been helped....meanwhile 3 or 4 waitresses were walking around doing nothing
Terrible service!! The staff (waitress, bartender and manager) were ALL extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! The beer was flat and the waitress refused to take it back and get another one. She said the bartender tasted it and it was good. REALLY?? When I called back to ask for the mangers (since there were apparently 4 on staff) I was given the GM's name Chris Mendez. Mr. Mendez, you really need to go and check on your night staff because they are giving your business a BAD name!! Never going to this BWW location again!
I waited 20 minutes to be seated. I sat down at 8:20 pm today and ordered immediately and i still have not seen my food its 9:43pm and i have seen the waitress only once. I will Never return here again!!!!
Not good not good not good and the customer service not help at all not even the managers will talk to u iff u have a problem. Iff u want wings go to wingstop
