The greeter (male) seated us at a table that had not been cleaned. It was completely obvious, he ignored it. A lot of walking around and not being attentive to customers by him. Not a good first impression. Place was not busy, a lot of empty seating, however he had us stand and wait for about 5 min, while he gawked around. 3 stars to match the 3 strikes. The good: the waitress, Bobbi, was very friendly, the cheese curd burger was amazing and the wings and fries were fresh and hot. The bad: the cole slaw was hot-room temperature (is that even legal?) the sweet tea that was recommended by the server was Mississippi mud and undrinkable and they forgot my celery. Disappointing.
Chris, thank you for making things right. Establishments need more leaders like yourself. You conducted yourself and represented Buffalo Wild Wings exceptionally well.
Waiter was great but quality and value are no longer present. Ordered a buffalo wrap and it was tiny! I use to be able to make two meals out of it, but not any more.
From NYC so I was visiting some old college friends thought Place had excellent service, but way to cold in the building! Not sure if they were trying save money on their heat so they can get a rebate definley won't be going back.
