waited 30 minutes for drinks, some of us didnt get refills. we didnt get some of the sauces we asked for. 2 tables that were seated after we placed our order, got their appetizers and meal before we did. when we did finally get our food, it was barely warm. the waitress forgot a beer that was ordered and blamed it on the bar staff. our waitress gave our appetizers to the wrong table. the waitress forgot an order of fries. probably the worst service we have ever received at any restaurant. It wasn't even a busy night.
Great chicken wings and an awesome atmosphere to watch football in.

Pick up order wrong. Missing items. Service was not the best until after I called when my fiancé let me know the food wasn't ready. Restaurant was not busy and employee was unable to tell me why it was taking so long when I called. Employees ignored my fiancé when she walked in and walked past her. Lettuce was bad on the sandwich we ordered. Used to be great. What happened?

Went in for carry out on Thursday, upon entering store it was apparent no one was wearing a mask or social distancing. Servers were walking the dining room with no masks on. While waiting in line I had two people bump into me on their way to the bathroom with no masks. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Will never go to BWW again. The lighting inside is poor so you can not really see what you are eating. Ordered to go. took the wings outside and they looked like they were covered in dry orange bright sand🤮. Took the food back in and requested a refund manager stated it will take 8 days for a refund. The eight days arrived and still no refund. Contacted the manager again. The manager stated it will be an additional 10-13 business days for are refund. Poor customer service.
