The restaurant was fairly slow, so can't understand why the service was slow. Food was okay, but my Buffalo chicken sandwich could have used some chicken on it for $9.99.
Just left after spending 45 minutes waiting for our food ,,,still no food so we paid for our 2 drinks and left ,,,sorry but it doesn't take over 45 minutes to get food
Food is good but not great. Place was super cold, as in around 60 or so. Other than that, our group had fun.
TERRIBLE doesn't even come close to the service our group of 23 had at our visit today!
Food was good. We ordered from the lunch menu and they started a 15 minute timer. Timer ran out and we got our order about 5 minutes later. We had to ask about the timer but we got our lunches free.
Place was busy, as usual, which was fine, but the greeter acted like I was bothering him. The place was so loud the server couldn't hear, our order was wrong, and our server didn't refill our drinks timely. The greeter offered to sit us outside in the hot sun and then was confused when I didn't want to do that. My kids had to wait for iPads for games so maybe invest in some more for what we ended up paying for mediocre food.
