Waitress was very good but we waited way too long for our wings and chicken sandwich. There were very few people in at the time, and there's really no reason to wait 45-50 minutes on a child's order, a large order of wings, and a cali chicken sandwich.
First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Forsyth, Illinois. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Wings were excellent! Sauce perfect, cooked correctly. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Will return and hope for another fantastic experience. Job well done.
Waitress wasn't very attentive or there when we needed her. I think we saw the girl who brought us our appetizers and food more than we saw our actual waitress. Also, from the time we ordered our food it took close to an hour for us to get our food!
Really good food & waitress was great. She took all 4 of our orders without writing them down & nothing was messed up! I wish I had that kind of memory!
We sat out on the patio for dinner. We finally had to go inside to get a waitress after 10 minutes since no one served us. When the food was brought out by someone from the kitchen, not our waitress, she announced the name of each item and put it down on the corner of the table. Each dish...on the same corner spot...there were only four of us! She could easily have reached to each of us. When she didn't have the fourth meal and we told her it was missing, she looked exasperated and left. The food was good but not great.
Had great service and good food. The manager always walk by to ask if there is anything I need.
Arrived at 2pm, so there was not alot of business, yet there were people at the front waiting to be seated. Eventually got seated, but the service was not good and still had to wait quite a while to get our check. Wouldn't recommend this place..
