Entered restaurant for dinner on 3/29/19. One family ahead of us waiting for a table...another family came in after us and they seated right away by what looked like an employees family because said employee was hugging a young person in that party...SEATED BEFORE US AND THE FAMILY AHEAD OF US! Last we were at BWW in Forsyth Il service was horrible and food not far behind ...will NOT BE BACK AGAIN
Terrible service! Went there in a party of three. Couple of minutes later more people came in and we are waiting in line and nobody acknowledges that we are there so can be seated in order. A group of 3 came in and one of them passed everybody in line and goes to a associate of wild wings who obviously knew them and seated them ahead of everybody. Not good service at all so we left and didn’t see associate there that could help . TERRIBLE SERVICES

If i didn’t know better, I would have thought this was their first day open. Should have read the reviews prior to coming here. Take all the bad reviews serious, keep on driving in a different direction. My friends wings were ice cold when they arrived at the table.
This place is a disaster!!! Extremely disappointing compared to other BWW. It takes forever to get your food. The entire restaurant could use a good cleaning.
All of it took forever to get seated and we sat there for ten to fifteen minutes and they never took our drink order so we just left and went somewhere else
