Although the food was good and our waiter was great, our party of 10 couldn't be accommodated at one table.
I don't ever use Facebook but felt I needed to let everyone know that if I was in the dells, I wouldn't suggest Buffalo Phils. I will not go back again. Food was ok but cold. Waiter was good. After waiting 30 minutes for our 10 person table, we got 2 back to back booths. When I told the manager, they had a table instantly but we had already ordered our food. Come here every time we go to Wis. Dells because we love it so much!
Worst service ever. Didnt even finish my salad and my meal shows up.
Service was terrible! Waited 10 minutes to order drinks and had to finally flag someone down. Then we had to go get our own plates after our appetizers came out. Kids loved the train, that's about all that kept this from being a single star.
I loved it with the hunting lodge motif and the train delivering your drinks and food! Will definitely visit again!

Great service. Hashbrowns and pizzas were delicious... Kids loved it!
Not impressed at all the last time we were here. Nothing was like it has been in the past. Found 2 bones in my chicken sandwich and was told I guess that's what happens when you pull a lot of chicken. Nothing was done about it. My husband's sandwich was not good either, the new Philly steak sandwich. Not going back again!
