We can't wait to return in just a few weeks from Louisiana. We were introduced to your place through family and a group of us came to eat...while there you lost power from a nearby tornado and bad storm....we still had a blast and was surprised how calm your staff was and we paid by flashlight after we finished eating our great meal in the dark watching the storm outside ( then picked cherries in the rain next door) your restaurant is a must repeat for our Wisconsin visit and we can't wait ! We Loved every minute of our visit! My 20 month old adores trains and we got seated right next to it. The bubbles were an added bonus!!
We had been planning to eat here before we left central Illinois for vacation. We had heard about the train bringing food and drinks to the table and that is what we wanted to see. I honestly didn't expect the food to be as good as it was. The Duke was amazing! My fiance got the Buffalo Burger while my daughter got the pulled pork. All excellent! I'm wasn't very impressed with the service. Our sons first Birthday was ruined because we had to wait one hour and 15 minutes for our food. With a 6,3 and 1 year old that wasn't a great idea for what is suppose to be a family oriented restaurant! We ended up having our food boxed up and leaving without even touching it!
My kids and I LOVE Buffalo Phil's!! Great food and great service!! The train environment is awesome
