My family and I are on vacation and came here for our first stop. If the Dells are as great as this place this will be a great weekend!
This place is adorable.. Tons of huge animals to look at, the train was a huge hit, and the service was phenomenal. Not to mention food was amazing! Highly recommend

This is amazing! I was told about it from a friend, and it was great for kids of all ages. ..there is a "wait" for train delivery seating, but it's worth the wait...however the signs say do not touch the train, but the kids can take the toys off the train..would have been good to know, so we were the asshole parents that said don't touch! Make sure you ride the train roller coaster before leaving.. it's a must do for kids and adults
Went there today...buffet was bad! Everything g tasted too salty, old, and gross over all! Waiter was terrible as well!! Came to take order, bring sodas, and give bill only. Pretty much threw everything at us instead of sitting stuff down nicely. WASTE of 50 dollars that is for sure!
Very disappointed! I ate here 2 years ago with my family and loved it. I couldn't wait to go back. I shouldn't of ever came back. They changed their menu. No more nice big juicy burgers or steak fries. No more crispy chicken. My burger look like a frozen burger instead of fresh. The bun was very hard to chew. They should lower prices if that's their best.
Not that busy.... 45 minutes still no food. I usually go for the buffet bc I know it's going to take forever to get served
We stopped in after an exciting day in the Dells. We came specially because of the train service and it didn't disappoint! They had the train escorting us to our seats and it excited our children right off the bat. Each time it brought something out it was like a new treat for them! We will definitely be back!
