It was my first time going it was a blast! The food was really good I could tell they were very busy trying to get everyone's food out so it took a little bit but other wise it was a blast! highly recommended

First time while on a mini family vacation. Its very beautiful and the Train was a hit with my train living 2yr old. Carol, our waitress was very nice. The food was good, the appetizer was alittle pricey for the size of it. The hostess sat the other guests right next to us even though the entire dining area was empty.. Which made it a pain trying to control the noise from our toddler to keep from interrupting the other guests. Overall, we enjoyed it.

First and last time here. Prices are ridiculous. Food was mediocre at best. Service was almost non existent. There are much better places in the Dells.

this was our first trip to wisconsin dells and we got a recommendation from a friend to come here. we loved it!! the staff was friendly and our waiter victor was awesome!! he was attentive and helpful when my son got hurt. the food was delicious and our boys loved the trains! we will be back!! :)

I went there yesterday with my 2 sisters, 2neices and 2nephews, the place is beautiful!! The only thing good was the ranch dressing. My sister's brisket was all fat, my neices Mac n cheese was gross, the bacon tasted like it was cooked in the microwave, both the toddlers got burgers and there buns were hard as a rock so they couldn't even eat it. We couldn't get the waitress to come to our table ever seeing how the train brought out our food, even tho she was honest when we asked about the fish fry and told us it wasn't good... read more

1st time there our waitress was awful. She never came back but once to check on us. Messed up our check, charged us for stuff we didn't even have. Waited 45 minutes for our check and to go box's. Food wasn't to bad. Overall experience was not a good one.

Well, the overall experience was very good! How could you not love having part of your meal delivered by a Choo Choo Train! Fish Fry was good we had the fried cod and enjoyed. You have kids it is a must stop!
