First off I would like to say that I have never written a Facebook review for anywhere ever before & all night I have been thinking about what to say for this review. This was our first time here & let me just say, we will NEVER be returning or recommending this establishment to ANYONE. We got a chicken meal today as a carry out. It was good but we didn't get cornbread or slaw like the menu said...2 things we were really hungry for.
Pizza was pretty good and the burgers were great. Kids enjoyed getting their food on the train.
Awesome!! The 5 and 2 year old loved the train bringing our food and drinks! Service was super fast which was great! With the kiddos! Food did not disappoint
Our dinner experience was Great! The staff was attentive, the food was good and the trains were. Huge!!! Hit with the 2 and 4 year old grandsons, drinks and dinner delivered on the train! The bubbles blown from the train is still being talked about the morning after. The 4 year old grilled cheese and chocolate milk gourmet, ate his grilled cheese , drank all of his chocolate milk and then finished his brothers chocolate milk.
It's 10 minutes from the hotel we are at. We ordered 2 pizzas 1 hour and 15 minutes ago and it's still not here.
Food was good, service was not. Waited over 10 minutes after we were seated before meeting our waitress. When I brought it to her attention it went downhill from there. Ordered the half chicken, it was plenty big and tasty. Never received a refill on my drink, was empty for 10 minutes. My wife asked for extra napkins, took 5 minutes to get those. I have to say that the rest of the waitstaff was running around, just seemed like ours didn't care. Manager offered free dessert but I was just ready to go.
