We've been to Buffalo Phil's quite a few times since all three of our children enjoy the trains. While the trains are always a highlight, the food is average. However, the service we've had every single time is very poor. No wait staff checks on us after we've received our food, it takes forever to get drink orders and the check. Good looking atmospher cool that they bring drinks and your food to you on a train unfortunately the food was not that good and the price of it was way to high probably will not go back 😕
The atmosphere is awesome. The train delivered food is a great experience for the kids, but don't get the lunch buffet. The food was not good. You get a choice of very little breakfast food, or pizza.
We were a large group and they didn't accommodate us well, waiting over an hour to sit and two people in our group didn't get their meal because they lost the order :( very disappointed.
Food was great as was the train only complaint every once and a while train would have bubbles blowing had ti cover food all in all would go back
Awesome service! And the kids love the train! Food is a little expensive but worth the money
We enjoyed everything about this place! Our kids were entertained, our food was extra tasty, service was awesome, and best of all it was incredibly affordable! We'll definitely make sure to stop in whenever we make it back to the Dells!
