It was my 1st time there I wanted to experience the train server everyone was talking about haha
My family enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Kids loves the choochoo train. Prices were decent.
We love it there good food fun for the kids with the trains delivering drinks and food. I only with you served salads. The restaurant is very cool though, love the trains running allover the place.
We went last night and took the kids. Service and food was good. The train service was good, especially when the bubbles were blowing. I would definitely visit again on my next visit to the Dells.
Great food and a great family atmosphere. It was my daughter's birthday and she loved the bubble train delivered Sundae. Definitely a great choice
There were only 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant, and it took over 25 minutes to get a drink. At the 15 minute mark I asked for a manager. She was genuinely annoyed that I complained about the wait.....rolled her eyes and walked away. Took at least 10 more minutes to get our drinks. Then there's the train. Its great for the kids, pretty fun, but when it blows the bubbles, not a good idea. The bubbles have to land or pop, and if they land its most likely going to be on your food. Great atmosphere and fun for kids. Food looked and tasted great. One issue is that both my wife and I became sick of some sort after eating there. We had the rotisserie chicken, cowboy beans and baby red mash. My wife had an alergic reaction we do know she is alergic to shell fish. I was throwing up from 1am to 4am. Still gave a 4 star because the place did seem clean and I feel this was an isolated incident. No idea what happened but having worked in restaurants I understand this happens. To bad it happened to us.
