Service was ok. Beef brisket was greasy and tasteless. Corn bread was cold. Cheese burger buns were rock hard. I had to pay 20 dollars for the 10 dollars worth of food.
Trains are fun for kids. Food is awful. Service, from front desk, all the way up to general manager, is worst I've ever experienced. STAY AWAY
My son and I really enjoyed the restaurant. He was was fascinated by the train bringing drinks/food to our table.
We took our girl's there and they loved it , the service and food was excellent.
It was alot of fun. Food was really good. Prices were a little high on some stuff but not too bad I guess.
Great food, our server Vicky was very nice and the kids loved the train. It is a fun family atmosphere.
Train was cool and our very expensive food was quite impressive. But service was not that great. Sliced pickles were requested at ordering and eventually pickle spears were given...that had to be cut up with a butter knife and put in a now cold burger. That was a little sad. And the lighting was horrible!! Like eating in a dungeon.
We all loved it...we were having a mini vaca in the area, my mom had taken our kids here once before when they were smaller so we wanted 2 go 2...we loved the experience from the train to the staff to the food...we would defiantly go back!
The food was excellent and amazing service the kids enjoyed the train
