Tri tip steak sandwich was outstanding and my wife gets the same panini every time. We make it here at least once a year with our two kids, and it's a must for our family. Never been disappointed in the food and although the service could be better, employees have always been friendly and professional. Anytime we pass through the Dell's we stop and eat, then take the kids to play next door.
We come everytime we're in the Dells. Great place for family dining.

The atmosphere is great for kids and making money. They are connected to Knuckleheads with the bathrooms right next to a bunch of machines. The train bringing smaller baskets of food and drink is amusing. Wait staff just seems to do laps and more interested in getting the interaction done with than pretending to care. Food was overpriced for the portions you get.
Went in Sunday night (May 21st). Barely any cars in the parking lot. We were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait to be seated. There were about 4-5 groups (of 3-6 people each)waiting to be seated in front of us. (And a group behind us) We can see into the table area and there are a bunch of empty tables. 15 minutes pass and still No one waiting has been seated. the food was great service was fast and the environment was really nice my son really loved the trains bring his stuff to him
Ordered and my food was wrong. They took it back and came wrong again. Waitress was rude. When she said to me she did her best and rolled her eyes at me. Unacceptable
My wife and I ate here on Saturday May 20th. We had to wait to be seated was kinda busy but not overly packed either. Once we made are way upstairs to are table. We had a very long wait for are waitress. We ordered cheese curds to start things off asked for ranch. Asked again for ranch. She had the flat iron steak and baked potato. I had the pulled pork.
