Been here several times and have never had bad service. The kids love the train delivered food! Our favorite spot to done when we are in the Dells!
We hosted a family reunion dinner in the Crystal Room last night and absolutely could not have been happier. Great private dining venue. Friendly, professional staff. Delicious food. Very reasonable pricing. Our whole group (aged 10 mos to 80+} had a wonderful time. I can't say enough good things. Thanks, Mike and Michelle!
Meet my daughter, her boyfriend and grand kids there. Took about 30 min to get seated not unusual for a busy restaurant. Could barely hear or understand our waitress. My meal came, an hour after ordering, by its self then a bit later my daughters, then some on the train then her boyfriends. Had to ask for refill each time on drinks. Waitress was attentive at times, lost at others. Food was okay, not really worth the price tho. But it is the Dell's after all. Over all experience was just ok.

Good food, salad bar was good, everyone loved the train. Kids had a ball with it and loved the bubble machine. Reasonable prices.
