The train, staff, food, and atmosphere was AMAZING! Thank you so much for a great experience! We will definitely return when we are back in the dells! :)
Horrible! Horrible! and did I mention Horrible?! Staff terribly mean to a 3 year old!! Never ever again. Update: Manager went way out of his way to apologize and console 3 year old after hearing review. Child who once said "They weren't very nice to me" now says "They're very sorry". He is willing to forgive and go back, so... Will change Rating from 1 to 3. May change again after next visit...

Our food was great and the atmosphere was fun for the kids however the food was over priced!
We decided to eat dinner here while staying at Great Wolf Lodge. We were seated quickly, our server was very attentive and the food was delicious! If we are ever in the area again, we will go back!
Great food, friendly and fast service! The trains that delivered our food were a lot of fun!
