Dining room upstairs was dirty (garbage under table) we asked to be moved when saw it before sitting, floors were sticky. Food was OK, but noticed some menu choices were no longer available. Our waiter was hard to understand. We were overall pretty disappointed and doubtful on a return anytime soon.
Not impressed with the food at all. The atmosphere was cool but 12.99 for a buffet that had pizza and pasta was a little steep. I'm from Chicago and I'm used to much better food.
My kids had a blast! They loves getting their food and drink delivered by a train, the service was amazing and our food came our very fast! Next time we are in the Dells for vacation we will be sure to visit!
We are locals that had to move to Sun Prairie. It was great!! Our server made it so great for our littles!! It was his birthday, choo choo sundae was AWESOME!!! we frequent it as often as possible!!!! We sat upstairs for the first time, was nice. We CANNOT wait to come back!!! A WONDERFUL AND MEMORABLE afternoon, and MANY more to come!!! Truly blessed to only be an hour away!!!!
It was packed but we got seated right away, the server was nice and the train brought all the food promptly and it even stuck around for a few pictures. The kids said they loved their food; my husband and I shared a nacho, personal pan pizza and wings and all of it was delicious. We will be going back again next year!
The train was a fun way to have drinks and some of the food delivered to our table! I was disappointed by the cheese curds, but the rest of our food was very tasty!!
Server Sasha was great! Food was delicious!! Great experience.
Amazing food, fun train/bubbles delivered food and drinks!!!
Took us an hour and a half to get a table and then the service was HORRIBLE! Stay away
