A great shuttle driver, Southwest outdoor counter was fantastic and efficient, Great Therapy dog that my kids loved, security was quick and efficient and our whole experience at the Buffalo Niagara airport was tres Fantastique.
Compared to other medium-sized airports Buffalo is one of the best. As a native, I have seen massive improvements over the years. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but it IS an airport.

Very clean and easy to get around, lots of restrooms and places to eat.
Meh, my flight was delayed about 2 1/2 hours. I love the shuttles that run from terminal to terminal.

Great airport; easy in and out - the nation's only no hassle airport
I live in charlotte nc but was born and raised in Niagara Falls. This is the best airport I've ever been through. Very organized, quick, courteous staff. No wait time, no long walks to the gate. I know that I only need to be there 1/2 hr before my flight. I love going home to the best food and shopping ever. Even my young son asked me "why is everyone so friendly "!
Was ok, the two parking shuttles that just drove by me my wife and our infant in the freezing cold(-1c) and strong winds discussed me to say the least. We had the shuttle call button pressed both time and the light was flashing. Had to walk across the huge lot to the first stop or they would just keep skipping us.
