I was thoroughly disappointed in TSA at Buffalo. I travel quite a bit and was shocked at the complete rudeness of all of the agents. Each one was throughly miserable with their job and did constant pointing and barking of orders. It was the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had.
The staff were very customer satisfaction minded. I am disabled and everyone was very understanding and accommodating.
Worth the 3 hour drive from north of Toronto!!! 5 minute bag check-in...5 minutes to get thru security!!!
The best medium-sized airport in North America. Modern, human-scaled, and low-stress. Decent restaurant and bar selection. If I were to improve anything, I'd enhance public transit connections from downtown.
Easy, peasy !!!! In & out. All professional & considerate. For a small airport, its excellent. And the smell of the chicken wings from Anchor Bar was great...
A comfortable airport if you are not spending much time in it. Could use more/better public transportation to the city.
I arrived at the airport and within 10 minutes I was checked in and relaxed. Beautiful airport!
After seeing airports in Atlanta, Detroit, Baltimore - I'm rating the Buffalo airport as good. I guess a small city only needs a small airport. I didn't like that I stepped outside to get a shuttle to my car and ended up in a smoking zone!! Yuck!!
