They are always good to us when my daughter flies out of there.
No amenities outside of security. If you're waiting for a colleague on a different flight, only one place to wait.
Very easy to navigate. Very clean. United staff was very helpful.
Friendly staff. The airport was very easy to navigate! The only issue we had was our flight attendant gave us the wrong carousel number at the baggage claim! So our luggage was left sitting there unattended while we waited at the wrong carousel!
Baggage handling always seems slow. Information advising arriving passengers as to carousel number is non-existent. How hard is it to pick one and the display it . The claim area is a giant guessing game with travelers wandering to each carousel looking for their bags.
Everything was just great! Will be back for sure! Thank you for hard work!

Excellent airport overall. Fair prices on parking, quick access in and out, a couple of decent restaurants and location is convenient for WNY and Southern Ontario.
