Love flying out of Buffalo stayed at sleep in on Holtz road which included free parking and shuttle to and from hotel with 1 night stay.Was dropped off at door and when we entered door American Airlines attendant asked if she could assist us and was very helpful with luggage and check in for flight to Chicago.When we returned to Buffalo got our luggage shortly after landing and went outside to get our shuttle were Airport attendant told me to use phone inside to call hotel shuttle and assisted me in calling shuttle which arr... read more
Flying out of Buffalo is always easy and quick. Never have I had an issue
Southwest personnel are great when checking in. As a matter of fact, I enjoy speaking my heritage Italian with the Afro-American gentleman checking us in outside. He's a most wonderful , funny person. Security check flows along beautifully and Anchor Bar Restaurant is our favorite to have a meal before departing. ALLORA!!!!!!!!!!
Amazingly clean and easy airport. Easy to park. Easy to get through. Not a lot of outlets for charging devices, but not a problem at all! Will definitely travel through here again in the future.
I was traveling alone with me 8 month old. The staff was extremely helpful. The nursing room was very nice & clean!
The airport is totally awesome my United airlines personal is the best but yesterday my experience at one of your restaurants was a minus 10 Which Wich!! Counter person the meanest and rudest!! Ask and I will tell!!
Clean modern airport. Getting in and out of BUF was way less congested than airports back home in California. The rental car area is right across the exterior walkway, very convenient. The seating areas by the gates have newer seating with charging stations. Several food options including Tim Horton's, Queen City Kitchen and Anchor Bar. I wouldn't mind flying through here again.
