Friendly, very helpful, nice airport to travel to and from.
I flew into Buffalo Niagra airport from Chicago O'Hare and was amazed how easy it was to navigate through the airport. When leaving Buffalo I stopped at the gift shop and the employees were extremely friendly. Also, I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional the TSA employees were. Buffalo Niagra should be very proud of their airport and all the employees who work there.
Clean, couteous, well defined and I thought it was terrific that one of the employees came to the gates at United with a therapy dog...what a great idea to help those who may be nervous about flying.
