Great airport. Easy to navigate your way around. Friendly gate agents. Today at 4:30 am though I had a beast of a TSA agent. Nasty to ALL the customers not just me. I did laugh when ( without lifting my small carry on) she questioned why it was so heavy.
I wish I had asked for her name but while waiting before security check, my son doing the potty dance, she allowed us to run to the bathroom and get back in line where we were. She also kindly got us through security. She definitely helped make the process of traveling with a child easier! Thank you �
Buffalo's Airport is the cleanest facility I have ever visited. The floors shine and the bathrooms are spotless. I am at a Delta Gate watching an employee on the hands and knees cleaning the chrome below the seating! Buffalo is a hard working, proud City!
