The Buffalo Airport needs better management. Every trip into Buffalo is incredibly frustrating. Gate agents never seem prepared for arriving flights. The wait for baggage is amazingly long and the baggage carousel monitors are rarely used correctly, if at all. It is sad, but never changes. This is a horrible first impression for visitors to our region.
