The staff are great !!! Saw a airport poster of a Music conductorSpanish, a Buffalonian American. I could be wrong but blonde young man kept calling him “Maestro” when I landed in Boston. They were singing talking about the classics singing chords on the plane ! What delight since I saw n heard this at your airport poster. I never saw that News again . Do this again Yes the staff here are most kind.
Was there for the Hockey and had a great time
I love everything about this airport. Staff is awesome. Kind, helpful and professional. What you need to know is easily marked. Super clean and a nice choice of places to eat. Anchor bar is my favorite and the sandWICH shop right across from SouthWest gates. I❤️SW airline! R/T Orlando to Buffalo 2 or 3 times a year for 30+years and not a single complaint with my experiences!
my sisters flight was canceled, we waited 3 hours for her luggage. 3 hours, for her luggage to get put on a belt. On top of that, no one was willing to even give me a parking voucher or reimburse me for my vehicle sitting in their overpriced parking lot. this airport is a joke.

Staff is always friendly...lines move quickly and there is never a long wait. always the best experience compared to other airports.

Flew out of BUFF this AM ...no line ups, all security check points were open and security staff was very professional ! Kuddos to them for being amazing!
