Recommended...just a great all around nice Pit stop there...
Just moved to the area. Was trying to leave the parking lot, and unfamiliar with what I needed to be done. Push the call button for the exit and sat and watched five people inside do nothing to respond to the car. Welcome to New York
Literally almost missed my flight because I parked in the preferred lot and the shuttle took an hour, literally to pick up. Sitting outside with 2 small children and 2 suitcases and carry ons! Not even an apology just a driver who said it’s not him. A dispatcher who had avoided the phone call for over 30 minutes. Worst.
While checking in my bag this morning at American Airlines, I watched the attendant, who was very rude to me, throw every bag that was checked, mine and others, onto the moving belt. And it wasn’t a light toss either. I have a breathing machine that I have to carry that I put in my checked bags. Who is going to reimburse me if that attendant broke my machine? Very disappointed.
My wristlet with all of my IDs was left on the table and stolen by staff at Anchors. To get ahold of anyone live has been almost impossible and when I do they hang up. I know there are cameras. Am I gong to have to do a police report to prove I left it on the table???
I know many people from areas around NYS that travel through Buffalo Niagara due to the many flights available. Keep up the good work!

Might as well just forgo the precheck line since it’s only open for about 15 minutes a day
