easy accesability, easy manuverability
I was really disappointed to hear Chick Fillet is not welcome at this airport . I travel all over the USA for work and have eaten at many chick fillets at airports . I love 2 hours from Buffalo Pittsburgh and Cleveland airports so i can easily fly else where which is a shame I liked this airport .

My flight landed 1.5 hours ago. Between waiting on baggage claim and the rental car I’m still standing in line.
I frequently fly into this airport on a late flight, and every time we have to sit outside the gate because there is “one ground crew working”. The flight schedules are not a surprise. Get it together, and schedule appropriately so people can get off of their flights when they land, and not have to sit on the planes for 20-30 additional minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
